On India’s 77th Republic Day, Canara Bank MD & CEO Sri Hardeep Singh Ahluwalia extended Republic Day greetings to all the citizens of India.
Canara Bank celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with a great pride & patriotic fervor across all its offices & branches. On this occasion, MD & CEO Sri Hardeep Singh Ahluwalia addressed employees of the Bank, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to the values enshrined in the constitution of India. Executive Directors, Mr. Bhavendra Kumar and Mr. Sunil Kumar Chugh, also graced the occasion.
In his address, the MD & CEO Sri Hardeep Singh Ahluwalia paid tribute to the architects of the constitution & the freedom fighters whose sacrifices laid the foundation of the nation.
He added that Canara Bank reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’. As we celebrate 77 years of our nation’s independence, we shall all unite in fostering economic resilience, financial inclusion, and sustainable progress for every Indian.
He also added that Canara Bank continues to perform strongly. He emphasised that customer satisfaction remains the cornerstone of Canara Bank’s operations. He highlighted that providing prompt, transparent & courteous services essential to build trust & strengthening long-term relationship with customers.
As part of the celebrations, cultural programs were organized by employees showcasing India’s rich & diverse heritage. The events included patriotic songs & dance performances the children of staff reflecting the spirit of unity in diversity. The cultural performances were enthusiastically received & added vibrancy to the occasion.
