BJP today said that India’s participation in the G7 highlights that under the leadership of Mr Modi, India is steadily gaining the trust of the world’s major countries with efficiency and competence. Addressing the media in New Delhi, BJP National Spokesperson Shudhanshu Trivedi said, despite not being a full member, India was invited to the forum and was seen taking a lead.
He noted that during the summit, Mr Modi proposed the International Mobilisation Partnership for Accelerating Connectivity and Trade (IMPACT), on which all countries expressed interest. Dr Trivedi underlined that the relations between India and Slovakia is evident from the fact that the Country bestowed upon Prime Minister Modi their highest civilian honour. He further highlighted that having received 33 global honours, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emerged not only as a leader of India but also as a globally distinguished statesman with a unique standing on the world stage.
