Union Minister Annapurna Devi held a meeting with Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy regarding issues related to the mica industry in Jharkhand. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on mica trade, workers’ problems, and the future of the industry in Koderma and Giridih regions. Both sides agreed to hold a detailed meeting in Delhi with all stakeholders to find a permanent solution. The central government emphasized making mica mining transparent and safe while prioritizing workers’ welfare and the development of the industry.
