The BJP today said, despite global challenges such as tariff wars and geopolitical conflicts, the Indian economy remains unaffected and continues to grow strongly under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, the Party’s National Spokesperson Gopal Krishna Agarwal said, the US fiscal deficit has reportedly reached alarming levels but in contrast, India continues to stay on its committed path of fiscal consolidation, sticking to its targets and ensuring responsible economic governance.
Mr. Agarwal said, the government is actively pursuing bilateral trade agreements with several countries to capitalize on this opportunity. He asserted that India’s military and defence capability stands proven as there was zero disruption to India’s economy despite the conflict with Pakistan.
