ITC Hotels Limited, which draws on over five decades of legacy in Indian hospitality, today announced the signing of a management agreement for Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, a 117-key hotel that will further strengthen the company’s footprint in Uttarakhand and expand the presence of the Welcomhotel brand in North India. The second Welcomhotel signing in Dehradun reinforces ITCHL’s asset right strategy, enhancing brand footprint in business and leisure destinations.

The upcoming Welcomhotel will feature 117 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, alongside a range of dining experiences including an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop speciality restaurant and a lounge bar. Designed to cater to both business and social occasions, the hotel will also offer more than 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space complemented by approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of landscaped outdoor lawns, making it one of the region’s prominent venues for weddings, conferences and celebrations.
The signing reflects ITC Hotels’ continued focus on expanding the Welcomhotel brand across high-potential destinations, where rising economic activity, improving connectivity and increasing tourism are creating sustained demand for premium branded hospitality experiences. Upon opening, Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui will further enhance ITC Hotels’ presence in Uttarakhand, complementing the recently opened Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Madhuban Dehradun.
