As the NDA government completes 11 years in office, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has underscored the sweeping changes India has undergone during this period, driven by the collective strength and aspirations of 140 crore citizens.
In a message posted on social media, the Prime Minister described the last eleven years as a period of rapid and inclusive transformation, achieved through the core mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.” He noted that India’s progress has been marked by reforms executed with speed, scale, and sensitivity, reshaping governance and empowering people across all sections of society.
PM Modi asserted that India today is not just the fastest-growing major economy, but also an increasingly influential global voice—whether on climate action, digital innovation, or sustainable development. He emphasized the country’s growing stature on the world stage, underlining its leadership in platforms like the G20 and its expanding partnerships in technology and clean energy.
Looking to the future, the Prime Minister called on citizens to move forward with hope, confidence, and commitment to the goal of building a Viksit Bharat (Developed India). As part of public engagement, he also encouraged people to participate in a survey on the NaMo App, seeking their reflections on the progress made over the last 11 years.
In a special feature by Akashvani News, the government’s achievements across various sectors were highlighted, with a particular focus on the Northeast region. Once considered remote and underdeveloped, the Northeast has emerged as a beacon of connectivity and development. Enhanced infrastructure, better road and rail links, digital access, and increased investment have brought the region into the mainstream, reflecting the Centre’s commitment to balanced and inclusive national growth.
From economic reforms to digital transformation, rural development to global diplomacy, PM Modi’s message outlines a decade-long journey of change—fueled not only by policy but also by the people.
