US stocks edged down yesterday as ongoing tariff jitters and a downbeat forecast from a leading multinational retail corporation dampened investor risk appetite. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped one percent, and the Nasdaq Composite as well as the S&P 500 fell over 0.4 percent each.
