Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi today organized a grand felicitation ceremony to honor their student Miss Universe India 2025, Manika Vishwakarma. Manika joined the celebrations with Nikhil Anand, the Chairman of Glamanand Group and National Director of Miss Universe India. Other dignitaries present were Governing Body members S. Kulbir Singh and S. Satnam Singh.

In her welcome address, Principal Prof. Harpreet Kaur highlighted Manika’s exemplary achievements in diverse fields such as fine arts, dance, debate, declamation and chess while pursuing her regular B.A Programme degree. Manika held the position of Sergeant in NCC and represented 2 Delhi Girls Air Squadrons in 2024. Her impeccable contribution to social work is also widely recognized as a member of Project Arambh which organized fundraisers and admission assistance camps for under privileged children. In 2024, she launched her campaign Neuronova, an initiative to raise awareness about ADHD and neurodivergence.
Amidst cheering crowds, Manika met the students with warmth and motivated them to dream big and strive to achieve success with the blessings of divine feminine energy manifested in Mata Sundri ji. Miss Universe India illuminated the stage with her presence and addressed the gathering with her inspirational words describing her journey. She recalled her first beauty pageant as Miss Freshers’ event at Mata Sundri College. Her speech was followed by enthusiastic dance performances by the students.
The event concluded with formal vote of thanks.
